Doe Deere Blogazine

For my first official post about a site to see, I think it only fair I introduce the site that inspired me to want to create my very own website as well! Doe Deere's Blogazine (and emerging empire) is an astounded collection of work (blog, music, small business) that would impress anyone whose young, artistic and has a passion for live, like myself!


I first heard of Doe Deere while browsing for new music on myspace of all places, but her retro punk and poppy music caught my attention and I fell in love with her creative photography most of all (I enjoy looking at artists' photography while listening to their music) and hers seemed better than the average (plus most of the work was just credited to herself or as I'd later find out her husband who is a professional photographer) and I just loved her colorful style.



And when I say colorful, I mean colorful! Doe is no stranger to color, as she proves loud and clear with her own makeup line Lime Crime, which is proving to be an overnight success! (Perhaps she's most famous for being the first person to make blue lipstick - Oh No She Didn't! - look cool!) She has made a business for herself doing the things that she loves, which is why she is probably my biggest role model. She also gives amazing advise and insight on her personal blog (not to mention she is a craft queen). For all these reasons and more, Doe Deere Blogazine is my number one pick for Site To See! :)
